honestly no reason to complain. excellent food, great-sized and functional room with washer/dryer and separate bedroom plus tv. great and amazing location near to near many restaurants as well as near to nishiki market, could not be better. also, to nearest station.

Thoroughly enjoyed an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and an air conditioning in the room. Had central location close to everything you want to see in Kyoto.

The hotel of choice in Kyoto. Fairly clean and brilliant place. Really friendly staff with all the services you might need. Magnificent central location, just off many convenience stores, the train station, and restaurants.

The rooms were fashionable and great-sized, the staff was excellent. A safe box, television and a microwave — very useful. Amazing location of the hotel, with pleasant view. Its good service.

Luxe bathroom with a bidet! This place was super cozy and situated right in the heart of all the fun stuff to do around here. 🚽

The hotel was ideal with well managed employees with all the services you might need. The location was magnificent for walking around a cyprus-wood castle. And the area was shopping, close to two important subway stations, and train station and downtown.

We had a really nice 4-night stay at this centrally located venue. It was so convenient being close to the subway, train station, Gion, and Nishiki Market. We also enjoyed having brunch at Shuto Yanagino, which is nearby.

I had a great stay here! This place is located in a peaceful and calm area, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The staff was always friendly and helped me with anything I needed. I loved that they had bicycle hire, I could easily explore my surroundings. The room was amazing too, with a lot of amenities like a washing machine, refrigerator and cookware. The sitting area was perfect for relaxing and watching TV after a long day of exploring.
